Processing

The weathervanes are entirely made of stainless steel, 2 mm. thick.They are powder-painted with a black epoxy coating which is especially meant for the outdoors.

After planning the drawings to be cut, the file is forwarded to the laser machine which cuts the shape into the steel sheet.

From this moment on, the whole processing is entirely manual by bending and welding the single elements.

Once back to our company, the weathervane is cleaned up from any possible paint flash, it is calibrated and tested in our workshop. It is at last ready to be packed and shipped.
